The space inside music : Interactive 3D music spectrum

Interaction design visualizing music frequency spectrum. The 3D Spectrum is generated by realtime music or microphone input, and user can control&navigate the view with 3D controller.

The spectrum is visualized as skycrapper of cities, wormhole of space and cube grid.

All spectrums are interconnected and controlled through network. Many more client spectrums are able to be attached to the network.

Java with Processing library, ESS library (sound)
Java OpenGL(3D Graphic), Java socket(network)
WRJ4P5 library(Wii remote controller)

Goldfish Rescue

Goldfishes are suffering on sand and need help. People who see this situation instinctly pull their hands and try to carry goldfish to pond. Even though they know they are not real goldfishs, they treat them very carefully. With this work, we can see people’s warm hearts.

김유정 - Knock Him Down

Knock Him Down

There are a lot of fighting games like 'King of fighters', 'Street fighter','Tekken'. These games are very popular, and people love to play. But there is a problem that game is just a illusion, and the characters only exist in the screen. I want to 'meet' players and characters who are in the game.

This is a kind of fighting games, and the goal of this game is knock the enemy down. The enemy's name is 'Choi-Daeli' and he is your boss in your company. Players can hit the man in the screen directly. So they can feel they are in the world of this game and feel they are really hitting their boss. It can relieve player's stress in the reality.

Body Mass Imagebuilder

Concept
참여자의 비만도 결과가 시각화되어 화면에 뿌려지면 참여자는 그 결과물로 재미있는 인터렉션 할 수 있다.
비만도를 숫자로 표현하는 것이 아니라 색다른 정보로 치환하여 참여자가 즐겁게 읽고 경험 할 수 있는 설치물을 제공하는 것이 프로젝트의 목적이다.
